Everything was seamless, from the check in process to the check out, we found it with ease, the location was amazing, bad Gastein is a lovely little village with great vibey restaurants, the spa was included with our stay and it’s great, if you’re comfortable being naked in steam rooms and saunas, the rooftop pool was a great little treat! Surrounded by mountains! We ate in the hotel but wish we would have gone out into bad gastein itself! There’s a lovely waterfall that flows through the village! The noise was incredible.
