Payment Information: A 20% non-refundable deposit is charged to your credit card by The Keswick when your booking is confirmed. The remainder is to be paid to the hotel upon departure. In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours before arrival), the hotel will charge the remaining amount to your credit card.Please note that the property is only allow dogs in specific rooms (Single Room, Standard Double Room, Standard Twin Room) .Please note that an extra chage of £20 is applied for late check in. Please let us know if you would like this service when booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The room was lovely, breakfast was excellent, so much choice. Staff were absolutely amazing. Mandy was a fantastic host and we would recommend Seals Bacton to anyone .

We had a lovely room with sea view- the hotel right on the beach which is amazing - the room was modern , clean and comfortable- the breakfast was fantastic- lots of choice of freshly cooked food - staff very friendly - will definitely revisit soon 10/10

Mandy made us feel so welcome when we arrived. She had upgraded our room, which was amazing. Our breakfast was lovely, served by very friendly staff. We had asked if we could stay another night but unfortunately the guest house was full, but we will certainly be going back.
