Everything. The amenities, the room, the aopliances were good and working. There was no noise at night even when it was situated by the highway. The staff was very accommodating!

The hotel was beyond our expectations. The bed was clean and comfortable, the staff were very accomodating to our needs, the room amenities were great (e.g Netflix, additional fan, big fridge, microwave, filtered water). The area around the hotel was safe and secured. There is also 7/11 in front of the hotel so you can buy some things there, I recommend hailing a cab or grab car and buy your groceries in SM or Ayala Mall for bulk shopping. The manager was polite, friendly and is fluent in english. The housekeeping was also great and they are very thorough (new bedsheets, new shower curtains). If you smoke, there is a rooftop area for that. There is also a vape shop near the hotel if you need to buy some vapes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this quaint and cozy hotel in Bacolod. We will surely always come back whenever we are in town.
