My stay at Hotel Dumbrava in Bacău was without exaggeration a truly remarkable experience that far exceeded my initial expectations. The property impresses through its excellent perfectly situated location but even more so through its high standards of comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart however is the exceptional quality of its staff. I would particularly like to highlight the professionalism and contagious energy of Mr. EUGEN who welcomed me from the very first moment with genuine hospitality and a level of dedication that is rarely encountered. His support especially considering that I am not from Bacău was not only helpful but genuinely impressive. Likewise Mrs. Lili from the housekeeping team deserves the highest appreciation for her dedication and attention to every detail both regarding the rooms and the guests. A true ray of sunshine! I had the pleasure of interacting with the team at Casa Rebeca where I encountered the same high level of hospitality and goodwill. Last but not least the breakfast harmoniously completes this experience offering a generous variety of carefully selected dishes while the staff in this area stand out through their kindness and promptness.In conclusion should I return to Bacău my choice is already made Hotel Dumbrava is without a doubt the only option that fully meets my standards.
