I had a short but great stay at the Hostel Holland Bacau! Some of the highlights: - walking distance to a lot of the things I wanted to see in Bacau! - there is a large supermarket about a 2-3 minute walk from the place - kitchen has plenty of kitchenwares and cooking space (and a large fridge) an seating place (with a seperate dining/sitting room too). - comfortable bed and room with a cute balcony over the snowy rooftops ! - the lady who checked me in was fantastic and so accommodating for my last minute booking, plus towels were included which was a nice treat !

It was by far the nicest place I stayed during my few-week trip to Romania. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming, thanks to the caring and friendly staff. The place was spotless, and my room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent and easy to find, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything one could need. A huge supermarket just five minutes away was a perfect bonus. I stayed there for my first two nights in Romania and again later in my trip while passing through Bacău. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly, when I arrived way too early I expected to have to wait but they helped me out, text me where the coffee was and sent someone to check me in. Brilliant staff. And fantastic kitchen set up

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff was really kind. The hotel is not far from the train station and there is a direct bus to the airport right next to it.
