Some places feel almost unreal, as if you’ve stepped into a different world — Boca de Agua Bacalar is exactly that. Hidden deep in the jungle, this stunning complex surrounds you with life in its purest form. We watched families of monkeys moving gracefully through the trees, listened to birds calling across the canopy, and fell asleep and woke up to the most magical sounds of nature — morning, day, and night blending into one continuous symphony. The cabin felt incredibly safe and thoughtfully designed, allowing you to fully relax while still feeling connected to the wild beauty around you. It’s not just a stay — it’s a truly unique experience that stays with you long after you leave. And the breakfasts… absolutely delicious, fresh, and nourishing — the perfect way to begin each day in such a special place. If you’re looking for something beyond the ordinary, something that touches all your senses — this is it.

Beautiful location & wonderful rooms in the jungle. We saw monkeys, turtles & plenty of frogs around the hotel grounds! The lagoon area is peaceful & comfortable, with kayaks & paddle boards available to use. The staff were very friendly.
