The hotel is in the laguna, with direct access to the water. It had pilates classes on the deck which was really nice. Staff was very good too. It was in a green space.

Location was perfect. Cabins were a great experience. The free kayaks were a lovely extra.

Very nice room and facility, not in Mexican or Hispanic styles, but very cool anyway. Wide room and nice roof top with pool

The location is prime. Straight out onto the lagoon. The hotel offers kayaks free which were amazing. We went out for a sunrise kayak which was an unforgettable experience, and later in the day for a few hours. The setting is second to none. And the staff are incredible. We have memories for a lifetime and will forever cherish Bacalar and Bluebayou.
