The location was great. Breakfast was included and a good choice. Rooms were good size with fridge and microwave. Cold water in reception.

The location is in the city centre. Breakfast was really tasty. Staff was really nice, especially cleaning ladies :)

The hotel was very nice The staff was beyond helpful - honestly the best service we've had in an hotel during our stay. On our first day we arrived a bit early and offered to facilitate booking a tour of the Laguna, which we did. Very clean
