Such friendly staff! And the whole property was so lovely. This was our splurge on a nice place after months of travel and we loved it! The town is really walkable, so everything is close.

Nice helpful staff, clean rooms. The connection with Yak hostel is great, great place to swim and relax on the lagoon.

It was a nice place for a short stay (2 nights) in Bacalar. The common area with pool and bar is tranquil and stunning. The rooms are not super spacious, but sufficient. The only downside it relatively high humidity and limited ventilation in the rooms (probably depends on the time of your visit during the year). It's nothing that would bother me during our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also had tasty breakfast and drinks. The location is perfect, really close to the lagoon and center.

It’s a lovely property close to the centre of Bacalar and also close to the busstation. Theplace looks good, there is breakfast and a really nice swimming pool with outdoor shower. I arrived early, but because the room was already clean I was able to get my room earlier. I also was able to stay and use the swimming pool and outdoor shower after I had checked out, because the ADO night bus to Palenque was leaving at 22:45h. I’m very grateful for this kind of service! They have a lovely staff: Abril, Aislin & Dario. They are very extremely helpful and kind!!! I definitely would come back to this place!
