The fine print
Sunshine Residence provides free one-way transfer service from Thongsala Pier to the resort for guests staying 7 nights or more. The service is also available with an additional charge to all guests (staying less than 7 nights). To make use of this service, guests are required to notify the resort manager in advance with arrival details.Please note that guests must provide their travel details (boat company and estimated arrival time) to the property at least 24-hours in advanced to arrange the check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Right at the beach, the villa is spacious, good kitchen area with coffee maker and coffee pods. host was friendly and responsive. We knew prior to booking that this place was a little walk away from shops and restaurants, there is a shortcut available as well so it's only 5 mins walk to the main street.

Loved the massive house, refreshing, private pool for the kids and the beautifully maintained gardens. Right on the beach. Plenty of food options nearby. It was so relaxing away from the crowds of the resorts. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent staff, very helpful. Kids loved having Netflix and Disney on the big tv too. We would definitely stay again and for much longer next time.
