*The property can be reached by domestic flights.
*Domestic Flight transfer takes 20 minutes from Male International Airport.
*Standard Transfer Times: To reach Royal Island Resort & Spa on the same day, guests must arrive at Male International Airport before 17:00 local Male time.
*Please note that the property cannot organize departure domestic flight transfers for international flights which depart prior to 0900 hours local Male time.
*Arrival and departure flight details, full names, and date of birth of all guests as stated in the passport should be provided to the resort 96 hours (4 days) before arrival to arrange transfers. In case these details are communicated later than 96 hours (4 days) we may not be able to guarantee same-day connections.
*Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night is applicable additionally. This tax is already calculated and included in the booking price for adults.
*Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making the payment at the hotel. Please note that the property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
*Guests need to obtain permission from the resort prior to using aerial drones due to safety and privacy concerns.

Everything! The hotel is amazing and perfect for kiddies because the beach in front of the family cabins are protected by large rocks, making the beach super safe for kids. We had premium all inclusive and didn’t have to worry about a thing. My daughter fell in love with all the staff - thank you so much to Myatt, Rina, Maria, Diya and Razi for always going above and beyond and being so sweet to our little girl. We were there over the Easter holidays and the staff went all out, planning Easter activities and a massive Easter egg hunt for all the kiddies!! My daughter is still saying it’s her most favorite place in the world!!

This is a lovely little island with excellent swimming and snorkelling just in front of each bungalow. The resort has a diving school and arranges diving trips to see sea turtles, manta rays and much more. There is also a variety of water sports on offer. There are only two restaurants, but the choice is excellent, as is the quality of the food. The bar regularly offers a variety of life music and there was a good programme for children over Easter. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great time!

It was truly magnificent stay in Royal Island. We loved absolutely everything. Each guest has a standalone beach villa with your own sunbeds. Hotel staff is very humble and friendly. Service level - exceptional. First hotel where I see two times a day room service. Food was different and delicious. A la carte restaurant is highly recommended ( may be pricey if not included in your package) . Those people who wrote here that house reef is dead - they don’t understand what they are writing about. Despite corals seem bleached , marine life there is very intense! We spotted during each snorkeling round sharks ( reef and nurse ), turtles , morays, octopuses and plenty of different coral fishes. I will tell even more - it seemed that on some dive sites I met less variety than on a house reef. Now about the package. We booked all inclusive package and it appeared to be a premium package in a hotel which included - unlimited imported alcohol ( true premium brands , not local spirits) - a la carte restaurant ( each dinner value is around 250$ for 3 persons ) - 1 time dive ( including dive check ) or 1 hour spa - 3 excursions - water sports ( 1 hour a day ) - snorkeling equipment included - as a promo offer we had 1 way transfer complimentary ( 50% discount ) We were more than pleased with this offer and I highly recommend to choose all inclusive package when booking .

We loved our stay with the premium all-inclusive package. We would like to give a special recognition to Aahil and Shristi at the a la carte restaurant, Nawwaf at the buffet, Radhika and Sinta at the spa and Thesingurajan in the room cleaning.
