Very nicely functional! Very sterile, clean, utilitarian - serves its purpose very well. Entry by code to all doors/gate. Close to airport but be warned - taxis cost approximately €20-30 ONE WAY from airport or a 5 minute journey! The place itself was very pleasant but as with too many places nowadays- everything is done remotely and by codes. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a friendly face to welcome you or open the door and greet you? Don’t get me wrong - the place itself is absolutely fine - especially for business travellers!

Communication is kind, fast and relevant. Parking is available in the courtyard. Breakfast is sufficient. Train station within walking distance.

Its rare that a property exceeds expectations, but very much the case here. I often stay in the area because of flight timings in/out of Bergamo, and can safely say this is the best accommodation I have stayed in in the area. - Check-in and payment process (on site) is all automated and very clearly communicated by the property. - The location is very convenient (close to airport and the shopping mall) if you have a car. - The room was very spacious, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. - The bed was super comfortable. - The entire property is extremely clean. Literally spotless. - The staff that I met were super friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast that you can assemble yourself. I stayed for one night after a late flight, and late check-in was available. The hotel is within walking distance from the airport if you're traveling light. I only had a backpack and had no trouble walking from the airport to the hotel at night.
