I just wanted to say a big thank you for your kindness during our stay. The lovely elderly woman who welcomed us was so sweet and made us feel very comfortable right away. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and we felt so well taken care of. Also, the shuttle service to and from the accommodation was super convenient — thank you so much for arranging it! We had a wonderful time and truly appreciate everything. Hope to see you again someday! Thank you so much!

The location/views are perfection! Granted the drive up was a little bit scary on some parts so take care if you are driving but it was definetly worth it for the room/area we had and also the view. The view is phenomenal. I would recommend this stay to anyone, it’s stunning and the staff are fantastic.

I really liked the privacy of the place, it's up a mountain and I got the sense of being far away from the crowds and noise of the city. It takes 45 minutes to hike from Kawaguchiko to QOONEL but there is a free shuttle bus to take you to and from Kawaguchiko station. The room was big! And the heater ensured that the space was nice and comfortable. Each bed has pillow, duvet and extra sheets and blanket. Also the views from the deck were fantastic. There's a kotatsu where you can warm yourself up outside at the BBQ area though it's still pretty cold on winter days.

We had an incredible time here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect spot to catch sunrise and sunset over Mount Fuji and see panoramic views over the lake. We couldn’t recommend this spot more! Best place we stayed in Japan.
