Very central. Big family rooms. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Restaurant in the hôtel and concert at night.

We visited the hotel in the middle of the week, in the middle of Ramazan and in the middle of March, and we seemed to be the only guests. The hotel has a perfect location in one of the old parts of Ayvalik, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. No traffic to mention and quiet. Close to the coastal main street and old harbour with good public communication and access to taxi. The old soap factory is beautifully restored to a modern standard and still keeping the genuine atmosphere very well. We had a double room on the top floor with a small roof terrace with beatiful views over the town, the hills and the sea. The room and the bathroom had a good size, it was clean and comfortable. Even in the sudden cold weather the heating worked well. The staff was friendly and we want to thank the director, Mr. Engin very much for his interesting stories about the place and renovation.

good size room, comfortable beds, good shower pressure. liked the little balcony with views across to the ocean. location was perfect, only 1 minute walk from marina and restaurants. huge selection at breakfast and all really fresh.

Good dinner available even though we arrived at 22H00. They restaurant had live music which added to the ambience. Happily the music did not disturb hotel guests. Room was comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Hotel and restaurant staff all very attentive although not many locals speak English. Google translate came in handy.
