Nice little place in very very narrow streets. Helpful host with exelent English. New bathroom appliances. Comfortable bedroom. No privacy due to old doors. Good AC. Better use public parking next farmer's market

We chose to stay at Olea Leya because of the traditional character of this beautifully renovated stone house and we were not disappointed. We received warm hospitality from our wonderful hosts. They were eager to help us with everything and ready to answer all our questions. Though it is a bit difficult to drive in the narrow streets of this charming neighbourhood, it was worth every effort at the end. The host came to help us with the parking and later to show us the directions to the shops and restaurants. The room was as romantic as shown in the pictures. The breakfast was excellent! I would highly recommend the Turkish coffee as well.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Olea Leya. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very nicely designed and, there is an open air patio where you can enjoy their excellent breakfast. The hotel owners and the staff are amazingly kind, helpful, and willing to immediately assist with any requests. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old part of Ayvalık from where you can reach any part of the town via a short walk. I am grateful I found this hotel and the people running it as they made my stay on Ayvalık a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place.
