The hospitality of the hotel was on another level. It is family run, and they made sure my stay was as comfortable as they could. The food was really good, and the room was spacious and had sea views and modern furniture. The swimming pool was also quite pleasant. They were always checking that everything was okay, even offering water, tea or coffee. Thank you very much for everything, and if I'm ever back in Ayvalık, I'll stay here again!

We had a sea view room which was amazing! The room was clean and well equipped. The fridge is an extra benefit.

The location of the Amphora hotel sells itself. You wake up, walk to the restaurant which serves great breakfast and cross the street to go to your designated hotel beach which was really convenient and nicely spaced out to have the sense of some privacy. You don't have to pay for your beds and umbrella because you're staying at the Amphora Hotel. Not to forget that there is a shack meters away on the beach where you can get drinks, food and snacks. Besides that there are plenty of vendors passing by offering food. Coming back to the hotel, the friendly staff makes sure you have everything you need. Location: in the heart of Sarimsakli boulevard you can spend your evenings walking around or shopping, enjoying a cup of tea with some ice cream or going to the fair. If one night you would prefer to stay in, you can relax with a cup of tea on the side of the pool downstairs or on your spacious balcony. The beach is literally across the street and the Aegean Sea is absolutely amazing albeit a bit cold for some. The beach is mostly soft sand which is really nice. Restaurant: the hotel offers breakfast and dinner included with your stay. Every day they changed a certain number of dishes for the breakfast and dinner. There were four warm options with every meal along with fresh vegetables, salads, soup, variety of jams and a great dessert selection which ticked all of our boxes because we enjoy the homecooked Turkish cuisine. The way food is served gave us Lokanta vibes. The food was delicious and served by the chef himself and a very friendly abla. Staff: the staff is great at Amphora hotel and they really helped save our trip by changing our room without any issue as we were having trouble with the bed initially. Huge applause to Irem Hanim. The restaurant and bar servers are really friendly and on top of things. We always felt welcome.
