Beechwood En-suite Rooms is ideally located between both the towns of Ayr and Prestwick, and is just an 8 minutes’ drive from Prestwick Airport. This accommodation offers modern en suite bedrooms, a coffee lounge/social area and free Wi-Fi throughout. This Victorian guest house is set just 15 minutes’ walk from the seafront, and free public parking is possible on site and all around the property.
Each of the rooms at the Beechwood feature a flat-screen smart TV, an en suite shower, a hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and a full length mirror.
There are 3 golf courses in less than a 3 miles radius from the property. The centre of Ayr is just over 1 mile away, and Newton-On-Ayr Rail Station is a mere 4 minutes’ stroll away, linking you to Prestwick International Airport in under two minutes.

This En-suite room has a sleeping area and a comfortable lounge area separated by two small steps. The sleeping area features two large single beds with a 10 inch deep mattresses. The room has it's own en-suite shower room, flat screen TV, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer and full length mirror. This room cannot accommodate an extra bed. Ground floor room available on request.

A spacious en-suite room Featuring luxurious memory mattresses to ensure a very comfortable nights stay. This room has a double and two single beds, en-suite shower room, seating area and vanity area/dressing table. The room also enjoys a flat screen TV, coffee and tea making facilities, full length mirror, and hairdryer. Situated at the back of the property to ensure a peaceful nights stay. This room cannot accommodate and extra bed.

With lovely views of the Island of Arran, this suite consists of two bedrooms with one private shower room featuring a walk in shower. One room has queen size double bed and single bed and the other a double and a single bed and seating area. Both rooms feature a flat screen TV, coffee and tea making facilities, full length mirror, and hairdryer. Can an sleep extra child in existing beds on request, charges may apply. This suite is at top of guest house, so is not suitable for guests who have difficulties climbing stairs. This room cannot accommodate and extra bed.

Lovely, incredibly helpful and friendly host, really clean and comfortable room, beautiful accommodation and lovely little extras. Breakfast smelled amazing although we had to leave early so didn't sample any. Very useful location with Lidl a couple of minutes' drive away and Tesco Express a couple of minutes' walk away. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Entrance hallway has a nice warm welcoming vibe about it. Lovely lounge area to spend some time in to collect fresh milk for your room cup of tea. Bedroom and en-suite are a good size, we even had a couple of chairs which were very welcome. All presented in tastefully designed rooms that are comfortable and clean. Choice of breakfast items matched that of a hotel and the quality surpassed that of a hotel. Enjoyed our friendly and informative chat with the owners who made us feel most welcome.
