The location and price. Also, the receptionist on that day. He was really friendly. He helped me get a taxi as I couldn't get an Uber driver.

I was expecting basic from the ad. It was basic but it was much nicer than I expected. Very comfortable. Staff were helpful when there was a slight room mix up at the beginning. It was sorted in 2 mins.

The property was in a good location for me, a short 10 min drive to the centre. I liked that guests were able to utilise leisure centres facilities. The property is outdated but it was clean and beds were comfortable. There were no staff onsite and main reception based at the leisure centre across the road but staff there were very pleasant and helpful. WiFi was intermittent at times but I was able to work with it for 2 days so it wasn’t so bad.
