First of all, Sotiris the owner is very kind and helpfull guy. Throughout our holiday, he was interested in our comfort and made various recommendations to spend our time. I am very fond of authentic Greek music, and almost every day we got recommendations from him where we could listen to a live band. It is very easy to contact with him. He replied to my Whatsapp messages within minutes. Sotiris greeted us on arrival and showed us around, plus he gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. It was a very nice gesture. He was also very flexible, as we arrived in the morning but still managed to book our apartment. The apartment met my expectations perfectly. It is spacious, furnished with modern furniture and has a wonderful view of the sea from the terrace. The apartment also has 2 air conditioners. It really comes in handy in hot weather! So far beyond the usual Greek more puritan apartments. I cooked dinner a few times. The kitchen was also perfectly equipped for this. Plus a big advantage is the dishwasher. The location is excellent. It is about 200 meters from the sandy beach where you can rent sunbeds for a few euros. It is a few hundred meters from the real tourist centre. So it's perfect for those who prefer a quieter place and for those who prefer the hustle and bustle as well. It's just a short walk away. The main coastal road is about 100 meters away and has everything you need for a holiday. Shops, restaurants, mini golf, gyros, etc. Since Crete is a big island and there are many attractions, I recommend renting a car if you come here, because there are many wonderful places to visit. We also rented a car while we were there, Sotiris provided us with our own parking space right in front of the house. Thank you Sotiris for this wonderful 11 days, we will probably return to you again. I can only recommend it to everyone.
