The staff is realky nice and help you with whatever needs you have, they help us with things to do in city. Overall very good apartmant with nice and kind staff, especially Amy 😀

I liked the apartment studio flat it was clean and a decent place and the apartment manager, Mike was straighforward and nice. I had to wait upon checking-in a little longer but it was due to that they were totally fully booked and some travellers were delying with the checking out. I could totally undertand this issue, since it is something happens in busy touristic places like Aiya Napa often. I heard some guests speaking very rude to him because of some check-in dely, which wasn't even his fault! This was disheartening. Despite this, Mike was very understanding and nice, he even let me to print 1 page what I needed for my work, he was very reliable and a fair person. I didn't need aircon because it was in November and the temperature was perfect, you need to pay a little extra for the aircon if you use it but it is due to some people are inconsiderate, and never switch it off when they leave, so this costs much extra electricity for the company. Before I was checking out Mike let me to check out later when I asked him the day before. Overall I had a very positive experience. Thank you!🙏🏼
