Good location, 5 minutes walk to downtown, quiet in the evening, we didn't use the kitchen but everything we needed was there, bathroom clean and hot water was there. the bed was ok, Would need a new matress, but it was still ok very good value for the price

A wonderful hotel perfectly located in the city center, yet in a very quiet and peaceful spot. It’s close to everything: beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and the bus stop. My room was warm and comfortable, with a partial sea view. The kitchenette had everything needed for cooking, and the room was cleaned every day. As a returning guest, I would like to say a huge thank you to the amazing staff, and especially to the General Manager George, for his kindness, responsiveness, and help with everything. I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again!

Excellent location for exploring Ayia Napa but not right on the square so we couldn't hear the clubs at night. Staff were very friendly and welcome. Excellent value for money.
