The accommodation met expectations. Handing over the keys at the reception of the hotel next door (Mia apartments) was seamless. In the morning I was a little disturbed by the noise from the street, but that is my problem (high sensitivity to noise). Otherwise, I think that within the Aya Napa area it is a very quiet place. The accommodation was clean, nice. The price/performance ratio was great. (out of season). We were satisfied and can recommend it. (even though I don't like tourist resorts and we went here only because of the nearby Aquapark). :-D We spent two nights here.
