We didn’t actually stay here, we were moved us to Nelia Gardens Hotel. Not close to Panas Villas but more central so it suited. Also included a complimentary breakfast which was superb, the selection was extensive.

Our apartment was upgraded due to booking for three persons. The apartment itself was perfect with a sea view. Also, it was clean and cozy.

Great location in heart of Ayia Napa! Right to beautiful beaches. Close to Pernera and Sandy Bay. And also good distance to Nissi, central Napa and more! The apartment right too the sea, and relaxing atmosphere. Top apartment. Supermarket nearby. And exactly kind of apartment I recommend, for a stay in this beautiful Cypriot town.. But one thing that made Panas Villas really STAND out from many other holiday apartments/hotell.....is the fact that they did a great job helping me with the situation, where I forgot a expensive new black linen shirt in the closet in the apartment. When I came to Limassol the Saturday afternoon...After the Napa trip, I saw that I had forgot my new shirt in Ayia Napa. I called Panas Villas. They answered promptly, and promised to check if the shirt was in the apartment we stayed. Shortly after, they called back and had found it. Then they sent it via mail express, updated me during the process.....And the shirt arrived in Limassol Wednesday a few days after..And I picked it up, and it was packed nicely and fine:D This was really top top service, and Panas Villas really did a huge effort to make me happy with the shirt deliverance. I am super happy with the stay and this super good service. I really felt this was outstanding service and the whole process went smoothtly and perfect. So, of course the apartment and the location right to sea and beaches was also perfect. Panas Villas, I give 100 out of 100!! Perfect.
