5 minutes walking distance to Nissi beach. Has its own parking, swimming pool, umbrellas, sunbeds. Complimentary water, coffee, croissans. 5 minutes to closest bus stop opposite to Adam's hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are cleaned daily, towels + sheets are changed almost every day. Upon arrival, you can drop your luggage and use the underneath changing room, toilets + bathroom. Same is on your departure day. Absolutely amazing and lovely!

Very good location wise - all the beaches are near. Nice pool area, very friendly staff. The room was a bit small but it wasn't a problem.

Close to Nissi Beach (3min by foot), bus stop, supermarket, plenty of bars and restaurants. Really clean room, with AC, comfy bed, nice balcony 🥰 Great value for money. Staff is really nice and helpfull. They offer coffee (Nespresso machine) and water at reception area without any additional charges 🤩 We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it 😊
