it was incredibly welcoming, relaxing, and beautifully maintained throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were absolutely amazing — always polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience. The views were stunning and added a special charm to every moment of my stay. The food was excellent as well — fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, with a great variety of options. I was particularly impressed with the facilities. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing, and the sauna and steam room were clean, well-maintained, and very enjoyable. Everything was kept to a high standard, making it easy to fully unwind. Overall, everything was great, and I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.

There was so much to like and love about the Fleure de Neiges. Firstly what stood out was the exceptional kindness and warmth of our host, Annalise. She did not hesitate to help us resolve a problem with our hire car. She consistently gave excellent advice and tips to ensure our stay in the Ayas valley was brilliant. The breakfast was generous with a wide choice of tasty local products and homemade cakes. One being so good we asked for the recipe. The spa was also a lovely facility; super clean, modern and, above all, relaxing. The rooms are cosy and comfortable with excellent bathrooms. We also appreciated the stunning views from the room and the property. I would also add that the location could not be better. The village of Antaganod is charming, has some great restaurants and is lovely and sunny being high up. We so enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to return. A beautiful experience.

An Unforgettable Experience We stayed in a gorgeous room with an incredible view—honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. Our host was amazing—so kind, helpful with everything we needed, and always there when we had questions. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the view from the dining area was just breathtaking. And the spa… what a perfect way to relax at the end of our travel days. Truly a special place—highly recommended! Photos are from early May.
