Very welcoming and comfortable stay for 2 nights. Dog friendly which was brilliant although having never encountered goats, the dog was very intrigued. Kitchen had everything that was needed and the whole place was clean and comfortable. With 4 adults staying, it was a little cramped at times, with the smaller bedroom with 2 x single beds, had very little room, so if you have 2 younger children, it would not be an issue. The outside area was enjoyable to sit in, even in the wind and rain. The location was very quiet and it was nice to see and hear the livestock in the fields and to watch them being walked to the milk shed. Our hosts were on hand if we needed anything and we enjoyed chatting to them all. The hosts kindly left some milk, eggs (lovely and fresh), and the lemon cake was "lush" and deserves to be on a shelf at a shop! Overall it was lovely and we would return...and not just for the cake

The views are gorgeous. Lovely host. Our grandson loved helping to feed the calves. It was idyllic!!
