The location was perfect, it had everything we needed in the property too. Perfect for families with small children.

The hosts provided scones with cream and jam on arrival, all we had to do was pop the kettle on which was fab. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge too. Very clean and well presented with enough towels, pillows and a large throw which the kids had a good snuggle in. There were folders full of useful information not only about the wifi and thermostat but local places to eat and interests as well. Parking included which is always a bonus. Kitchen included a washing machine with a child lock (winner) and dishwasher. Spare food bin and bin bags were provided as well as a henry hoover, dustpan ... all the things a family with a toddler like to have to hand. Would love to stay again.

we never see any staff until the Sunday. as we asked him where the nearest beach was? and he said that Seaton was the nearest. but he was very helpful and polite. but the cottage was out of this world. we had a fantastic stay, and we would recommend it to anyone who's visiting the area. we are going to book up to stay again. as my best friend lives in axeminster, which is 2 minutes from the cottage.
