Cozy apartment, beautiful seasonal decoration and also landlord left for us some surprise in terms of snacks, coffee capsules and so on. It was very lovely of them!

Property is at good location. Well equipped with all required things for a comfortable stay. Check in is smooth and simple. There are few steps down to the property. Parking is bit tricky. Rest all is perfect.

Access was very easy with the keys in a box. The location is great, the place is comfy and large with a mix of typical tyrolisch design and modern equipment. The view is very relaxing. We appreciated the wine proposal and enjoyed the sauna vey much ! We used the Welcome card a lot to comute to the city via the local train (Kematen) - very fast and convenient; but also within the city to use tramway and buses.

Seems like the staff thought of everything to make us feel at home- starting with fully eqiped kitchen including water and milk in the frige and soaps in the shower. We liked it alot! Very comftrble sitting in the livingroom
