We stayed for 10 days in early September and have nothing but words of gratitude for Paolo and his team. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfectly smooth. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Paolo even shared great tips about local restaurants, beaches, and nearby attractions, and he even offered us his own transportation! The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. They include a king-size bed, AC, TV and a decent-sized bathroom, as well as a spacious balcony. The entire property felt very safe and peaceful (even the outside gate is locked every day). Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh local ingredients and excellent coffee personally prepared by Paolo. The location is ideal, about a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and around 15 minutes from the centre of Avola. It’s close enough to everything, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Sicily!

The room is top notch, the most comfortable mattress awaits you. The host was so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect. It’s about 200 meters from the beach, which is great because it’s quiet in the area. Make sure to check out the street food carts close by.

- very friendly and talkative host & staff, forthcoming and waemhearted - he greeted us in person explained a lot about the region - clean and spacious room - perfect location: 5min walk to the beach - generous breakfast - 15min to Noto by car
