The fine print
At the moment we do not have a 24-hour in-person reception. Outside of customer service hours, check-in is done through our simple and intuitive Automatic Reception machine. In any case, there will always be an emergency telephone number that you can call in case you need anything and we will assist you immediately.Not all of our rooms are accessible, or there is an elevator to reach all of them, so in certain rooms it will be necessary to climb one or two flights of stairs on foot. If you require a room that is not accessible by stairs, please let us know at the time of booking.Please note that pets are allowed by prior reservation only.Please contact the property in advance of your stay to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms.Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 15 per night.Pets are not permitted in the following room types: “Double Room with Mountain View,” “Deluxe Room with Two Beds,” “Deluxe Room with Large Bed,” “Deluxe Economy Room with Small Bed” and “Economy Double Room.”Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Helpful staff with info regarding entry and parking options prior to arrival. Large room and bathroom, tastefully decorated. Well located 5 minutes walk up to old town area with dining options. Street parking found closeby as parking station was full. Lovely view over valley.
