Exceptionally friendly and helpful reception. I had a problem with lost wallet which she spent a great deal of time trying to help. She made restaurant bookings for us and was generally helpful throughout. The location is lovely and quiet, with the bonus of a good pool. Also good parking compared with being in the city. Access to the city is very easy with a free park and ride on the island just across from the city, where the bus drops you at a gate close to the main sights, and has a very regular service to pick you up from there. The hotel restaurant was good but a limited menu if staying a few days.

Lovely staff, excellent quality food and good variety at breakfast. Beautiful outdoor seating area underneath a shady Wisteria and plane tree was the highlight.

We loved this hotel close to the centre of Avignon. The staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was great and dinner in the hotel was fantastic. We would love to return.
