Very nice well-appointed accommodation. Just right for our group of twelve. Need to emphasise closeness of swimming pool and Route 7 Café which were both enjoyed. We also had to use the Vet and had an almost immediate appointment within walking distance.

Lovely clean home with everything you need to enjoy a super holiday. Loads of bed space for our family of 8 adults and 2 children and the hot tub was super. The house was only a 5 minute walk to the river with other super walks nearby, and Aviemore centre was only a few minutes away, either by car or a short walk.

WE WERE A PARTY OF 11 RETIRED LADIES AND WHAT WE APPRECIATE IS BEING ABLE TO HAVE EVERYONE ROUND THE TABLE FOR BREAKFAST. HAVING TWO LOUNGE AREAS GIVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO BREAK INTO SMALLER GROUPS WITH THE OPTION TO BE ALL TOGETHER FOR GAMES AND MURDER MYSTERY NIGHT.

Good location with plenty of walks on the doorstep. Property nice and big plenty of room and having 3 bathrooms was great, huge drive so ample parking.
