Ideal location for visiting Aylesbury and the surrounding area. Owner was very friendly. Lovely room and a good breakfast in the morning. Appreciated the like touches such as fresh milk for the tea tray in the room. Would definitely recommend this property.

A hearty welcome by Mike; comfy spacious (family) room - for just 2 of us - with very efficient shower. A lounge/library offered for guests use, too. Useful honesty box for such items as beer, chocs etc. Delicious breakfast cooked by Debbie - who was a lovely lady. Both Mike and Debbie are 'naturals' for hosting B&B guests. Thank you.
