Great location for touring Somme area. Owners were so welcoming. Roses in the sitting room were a lovely personal touch. Cottage was very spacious. We justed loved it.

If you are interested in WW1 history or are doing associated family research etc Authuille is an excellent place to stay. It is central to all main battlefield locations on the Somme. The countryside in the local area is superb, quiet roads and field paths for walking and traffic free roads for motoring.

Very neat little place with great facilities, it has everything you need, very good temperature in the bedroom even in warm summer.
