This is one of the best apartments we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Gorgeously appointed and decorated, incredibly spacious and very comfortable! We appreciated the personal touches of the local guidebooks and boardgames. The location was perfect - right next to Rainey St, an absolute gem!

It's my second time at Natiivo and as long has they have me it will no be the last. Nice apartments with all you need. Comfy and Design. In a nice neighbourhood. Close enough to river street but not to close and feel the loud crowd.

Natiivo’s location is genuinely excellent — perched above Rainey Street with views over Lady Bird Lake, and walkable to both downtown and the Whole Foods/Target end of East Austin. The rooftop pool is a nice touch, and having a coffee shop and bar right in the foyer turned out to be a lifesaver during the freeze — when venturing out wasn’t really an option, it made the whole situation far more bearable. That kind of in-house convenience is easy to overlook until you actually need it.

Genuinely faultless. Amazing staff, exceptional room, this lot is on the 18th floor.
