Room was quiet. Breakfast was included in our rate - was perfect for us, but I wouldn’t pay extra for the buffet.

The location is satisfactory. It takes "only" 10 minutes to get downtown by cab. So far, so good. The area as such is not very interesting. There are highways, that's about it. You can walk to a very good taco restaurant (Vivo), but other than that there is not much there. The rooms are ok, but don't amaze with very tasteful decor. It is functional. The beds are good, the wifi works great

Clean, quiet and large room. TV was unreliable but I rarely watch it anyway. Reception and restaurant staff very polite and helpful but ovbiously overworked; clear strategy by IHG to employ as few human agents as possible. For example room not cleaned during a multi-night stay unless you request it, process designed to minimise cost for the hotel operator. Would I stay again? For the location and staff yes, for everything else, probably not.
