It is a large resort with well maintained grounds and a large pool area. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The food and the staff in their restaurants were exceptional. We were made to feel special.

Vivanta By Taj is a perfect location for a short holiday in Aurangabad. It’s in the city but not as much in the main city area so peak traffic gets avoided. During checkin, we couldn’t get the double room however the staff quickly made arrangements for the twin room to be converted to a double room. Our stay was made special by the Head Chef Mr. Sainath Rathod and his staff at the Latitude restaurant (where breakfast was served). He went above and beyond to ensure that the service and food served was always hot and delicious! Umesh at the Latitude, was quite friendly and informative to let us know the places to visit and served piping filter coffee. Kudos to the team at Vivanta by Taj Aurangabad for making our stay most comfortable and extra special!

The breakfast options were excellent and accommodated early hours to allow day trips to Ajanta and Ellora caves. We had delicious meals at the Tea House restaurant, too. From the moment you arrive, all the staff treat you like royalty, from the experienced, professional managers to the reception staff, to the wonderful staff attending the rooms. They are all enthusiastic, professional and do everything they can to help. Head Chef Mr. Sainath Rathod, went out of his way to accommodate our son's peanut allergy ensuring all meals were safe without compromising outstanding flavour and quality of meals. The shower was among the best we had in India.
