cathryn “OK for overnight- but the stairs aren't for the faint hearted”

This apartment is in a three level house near the University area, so well out if town although trams pass close by. Keys are made available in a lockbox which is time activated. The Factory apartment is on the third and top floor, the stairs are very steep, there is no lift and parts of the handrail are missing. Once inside the loft apartment it feels spacious with good décor. There are no windows but skylights in each room giving excellent ventilation, light and views of the sky and treetops. Being at the top of the building also meant no road noise and lots of privacy. The apartment is located near to some great shops with frozen or ready made fresh foods, a takeaway and a fabulous bakery.

Location was very nice. Very tastefully decorated. Neighborhood was good with a bakery and decent restaurants nearby.
