Great looking Hotel on the inside, like a castle. Smallish rooms but a great shower. Restaurant OK.

Medieval themed hotel and rooms but all done very well rather than "cheesy". We had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant and equally good breakfast.

This was booked for my wife's birthday whilst on a motorbike trip around Europe. We enjoyed the knights/castle theme and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was vey spacious and had a roll top bath in the corner of the bedroom. The bathroom had a separate toilet and a spacious shower as well. We ate a good meal here in the evening and the breakfast was good in the morning. There wasn't loads of parking but easy enough for us as we were on a motorbike which I parked outside our room.
