The location was excellent being across the road from the Fuggerei and a short walk to the Rathaus Platz and Christmas market. The breakfast wass very good and there was parking, albeit a little tight. Value was also excellent.

The hotel is located in several old buildings. The rooms are cozy, although furnished in a somewhat outdated style. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is large and has everything you need for a shower. The TV has a variety of channels. The bed has an interesting "shelf" that moves on wheels... I used it to store my morning essentials (and it's convenient). The internet is good. The breakfast is minimalist, but you can still eat your fill. Communication (in German) was easy :) Across the street are two supermarkets for different budgets. You can walk to the sights, or take the tram or bus. Transportation from the train station is a bit odd (it's best to take the tram and transfer at Kaiserplatz). Return buses leave directly from the hotel.
