There is a 3.15% surcharge for all bookings online.On checking-in, the guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the card used for online booking for verification. Non-refundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodation cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans.Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges.Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.Please also note that only booked number of guests are allowed to stay with us. The room is offered for overnight accommodation and is not a party venue. Quite hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am applies.Please note that daily service is suspended and would be provided only upon request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We have stayed here twice now and have stayed in another hotel nearby. We prefer the VR. The staff are professional and friendly. There is a good variety of room styles that we find more suitable but most of all the VR is great value for money.
