Kids loved the 16th floor. The views were amazing. The staff were exceptional. And went out of their way to help us. I was solo with 3 kids : 9, 9, and 2, and they were awesome with them at the restaraunt and the front desk staff were lovely to them and the experience was magical for them. Breakfast was also amazing. The kids also loved being able to watch streaming services. Was a great experience for our family.

Clean and well setup, great apartment with spectacular view of the harbour and city. Centrally and conveniently located.

Good size studio with toilet, shower, kitchen (with all all you provided) , dis washer, microwave, washing machine near new , fridge and tea/coffee. Room is walking distance to Britomart station and Queen street (10 min). Room is good value for money.

This is our third time staying at The Quadrant hotel. The service is fantastic friendly, helpful staff. Very supportive when I had a problem and went over and above to help me. Great breakfast to start your day.

The location is reasonably central. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets to choose from. Appliances like dish draw, washer/dryer, kettle and microwave all in good clean condition. Good size TV.

Staff were top staff, always helpful, smiles and attentive to the guests inclusive of managers to front desk and room servicing staff. Thank you all for making our stay great.

The furnishings and facilities within the room were shabby. A renovation of bathroom ( shower disgusting, mouldy, shower door coming off when moved on runner) cracked bathroom tiles on floors. Very small. Need big hooks for clothes & towels. Curtains unhemmed, not pressed and mouldy. Sliding doors stiff. Room not well cleaned...grubby marks on walls in all rooms. Felt frame and spring in sofa. Liked views, bed comfortable, clean linen and big size. Bedside lamps with phone docks for charging great. Given no information about any of on site facilities. Need a hotel compendium in rooms for guests. Didn't really hear any noise from streets or guests.
