Great hotel and a good location and an excellent room. We found the stuff not as helpful as we would’ve expected. They were polite but on at least two occasions they gave us wrong directions but where to go? It wasn’t a big issue but it was just a bit surprising. Overall a good hotel which I would recommend and return to

Staff were always warm, welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Spa/pool/sauna/gym facilities were well appointed, and an enjoyable space to spend time. So high rooftop bar cocktails and snacks on point, with good atmosphere.

The location was perfect. Staff were lovely. Facilities were great, really good gym/ spa/sauna/pool area. Cleanliness was exceptional and most comfortable bed and pillows we've slept on in a while. Roof top bar was nice, and staff were very accomdating. They had 3 guests who were being quite rude and they handled it so calmly. Views from the rooftop and breakfast were really nice. Breakfast was ok. I love a buffet so was looking forward to it. Great omlettes cooked fresh for you. but the other hot food like eggs bacon and sausages were average. Selection of pastrys and breads were great and fresh fruit. 11am check out was ideal too. We will definitely be back to stay when we return to Auckland.

Breakfast I included in our stay was amazing and staff were so accommodating. I thought I’d booked a bigger room so was a little disappointed as bath felt like it was at foot of bed but otherwise room was great
