Please note that SkyCity Hotel Auckland requires a NZD 100 per night on credit card pre-authorisation or NZD 200 cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon check out, minus any applicable charges. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that the private parking is valet parking and is offered at an extra cost. Public parking is also available for an extra cost. It is self parking and only allows 1 entry and 1 exit. Please note that when booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We stayed on a Sunday and prices are a bit cheaper and still had a fantastic time. We just stayed the one night. I would definitely stay there again

The bed was very comfortable The room itself was very Clean but the bottom of the bathtub had pass person hair in it I had to clean it, But other than that had a great stay and will definitely be staying at skycity again, the Staff are very Friendly and helpful Was Very easy to check in and check out as well Great location, I recommend to others to stay at skycity. The concierge and check-in staff were delightful. The front of house gentleman was so lovely and gave us a great tip for a local restaurant. Can't fault anyone who assisted us during our stay from bringing up a wine bucket of ice, luggage trolley for checking in and out. I know we should expect these services, but they carried these out with smiles on their dials, which passed on through to us. The king-sized bed was so comfortable, and the Kate check-out meant a nice e sleep in.
