My favourite hotel in Auckland, the room in The Tower Wing facing harbour bridge was perfect, really spacious and clean, the staff are very efficient and even acknowledged my daughter's 16th birthday with a handwritten card and chocolate which she loved, I'd only asked for a view if possible! and the facilities, indoor pool and rooftop one were spotless and the main draw for us thank you
