Terrible staff to deal with in front desk unfortunately, I’ve worked in the industry and stayed in many hotels and service was the worst I’ve dealt with. A hassle having to travel somewhere else to get the key to get in when you are already so tired from travelling. Other than that, the apartment itself was good however the glass coffee table that was not attached broke when I tried to move it and the staff accused me of lying that the glass was attached to the table. Difficult to prove to them but you should check these things as you will be blamed in the end.
