Please note that the Receptions Hours are as followed : Monday to Friday : 7AM - 8PM Weekends and Public Holidays: 9AM – 5PM.Should you be arriving after these times, please contact Reception to provide your details. The cut off check in time is 11PM – Should you check in after these times without providing any details you will be charged a $50.00 Call-out Fee.Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card.Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that all rooms offer king-size beds except for the Twin Studio. A limited number of rooms can have the bed split into 2 single beds for an extra charge of NZ$25.

The room was very clean and house keeping done daily which was really nice. Kitchen was nice and a dishwasher a great bonus. The parking was easy, we arrived on Friday night and the parking was free on the weekends in the car park outside the complex, so no parking costs. It was extremely quiet for sleeping, A+ for restful accommodation. The person at the reception was very nice and helpful. The unit was nice and modern. The location was good for where we needed to go, we had a car so it was no problem getting anywhere for us.

Nice greeting when we arrived, receptionist was most friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcomed. For a studio room we were pleasntly surprise to see we had a washing and dryer machines. Room was spotlessly clean.

Was prety easy to find, i wasn’t sure initially where the car park was and i had arrived after check in hours so I had to call the line to ask, but it was all easy as. Clean and Tidy.
