The fine print
Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. Upon presentation of the credit card, the hotel will process a pre-authorisation, which will place a hold of NZD 100 per night and full prepayment of the accommodation booked. Pre-paid credit cards and Debit plus Visa cards will be accepted under the terms and conditions issued by the bank or card provider. Funds available on the card should be a minimum of NZD 200 per night booked (in addition to the total payable for accommodation).Credit Card Payment: Please note that a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to all credit card payments and a 4.0% surcharge will apply to payments by American Express. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by EFTPOS which will not incur a surcharge. We do not accept cash as a payment option.Please note that parking prices are as follows: Self parking- NZD 35 per car per night.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Close to everything we were visiting. Staff were nice and place was clean. My grandson loved the spa bath and I loved having somewhere to park

Good location, within comfortable walking distance of Queen St . Well laid out and equipped with everything we needed. They were happy to store our bags for the day after we checked out which made it easy for us. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again.
