Guests arriving after 22:00 hours must inform the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. You may be asked to show a valid photo ID upon check in.We have implemented the Covid vaccine pass system for our accommodation. We require the guest to email their Vaccine pass prior to arrival or can show us the vaccine pass on arrival before 5:00 pm. After hours check-in will have to email their passes in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The motel is a little dated however it was centrally located for the business I was doing. The wifi was ok, it dropped out once. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. There was some disturbance in the evening, I was unsure if there are permanent residence residing there. I had very little contact with the Motel staff.

We were in Auckland to attend the caravan show at the Auckland Showgrounds so this motel was excellent for location as it was a short walk to the entrance gates and even shorter walk to many restaurants. We were most fortunate in being given a unit at the rear of the motel which was way back off the busy 4 lane road and so we heard no traffic noise at all. I also enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of the day after attending the show. Very friendly staff also who promptly attended to a flashing fluorescent light in the bathroom.
