If you want a central location, near to Spark Arena, The Viaduct and Queen Street and you also want a quiet, comfortable sleep this is a perfect place. There is no restaurant, but a good supermarket across the road and plenty of cafes nearby. The bathroom was clean and new with an excellent shower

I didn’t want to leave the bed. I booked another night because the sleep was phenomenal. It will never be long enough in that amazing comfortable bed. I wish I could live at this hotel

Really nice place to stay, close to everything and only 5 minutes walk from the Spark Arena. The room Was really nice and tidy. The only thing we felt is missing is room service and a restaurant, although there are a lot of places in a walking distance

Super close to Spark Arena, and great value for money. The hotel was modern, spacious and comfortable.

High quality room furnishings, bedding and bathroom. Room sound proofing is excellent and one cannot hear neighbouring guests. Staff are always professional and accommodating. We are return guests and have stayed at least 6 times. Very central to AK CBD also. Value for money when on sale.

Awesome location, tidy and clean. Modern facilities. Only downside was No parking on site. Wilson parking near by though
