All staff were exceptional! From front of house Valet, to reception, to restaurant and concierge, I was always acknowledged with the most professional manner…reminded me of the best pre-Covid hospitality we once had in this country…thank you Hilton Auckland, this was a wonderful reminder about how ‘good customer service’ is meant to look like.

The hotel has the best location on the pier over the water with views of the bay and harbor. Loved the breakfast buffet and the flexibility to seat us near and open the front glass doors so the kids could get out and play on the landing allowing the adults to eat. Beds were comfortable and overall accommodations very nice with great views.

Best location to enjoy the array of bars and restaurants from Britomart through to the Viaduct. Every room has an exceptional view of the harbour.
